Delegate Young moves to amend Com Sub for Com Sub for SB474 on page 3, section 3, following line 12 by inserting a new subsection (b) to read as follows:

“(b) This Act does not apply to preferences granted to veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces in state law or in state contracting.”
